Light-wind Skimboard Kite

I'm planning on getting a skimboard for having fun in light winds and I'm wondering what kites I should be looking at to get the most out of marginal winds. I was looking at getting a used 15m Speed 4, but I'm realizing these get a lot of their power from apparent wind and I'm sure how well that would work out with a skimboard.
Does a big Speed 4 sound like a good option for use with a skimboard, or should I be looking for something lower-aspect and thus faster turning and with more grunt available immediately?

I ride my skim with a Chrono 18m. The Speeds are not even in the same league as the newest closed cell foils.. Check out the Chrono, the R1, F-One's new foil, Elf (hard to find outside of Russia).
