What do you call this?

This is the place to talk about riding styles, tricks, conditions, what works, what doesn't on your skimboard. Wondering about what skimboard to get for kiting? Post it all here.

What do you call this?

Sorry for the question but I do not have a skateboarding or wakeboarding background so I do not know the names for many of the tricks are called. What do you call it when you pop the board into the air or launch off a wave, spin the board 180 in the air with your feet and land on the board? I assume it is called a 180 something or other. I just got this dialed in today and I want to make sure I call it the right thing.

To add to Gman's post. If you get air when you do the Shuvit, which you would off a wave or an ollie it is called a Pop-Shuvit. Additionally, if you want to get more technical, if you do it with your weaker foot (goofy) in the back to start it would be a Switch-Pop Shuvit. Wakeboarding and Skateboarding varies a bit in the definition, but you are definitely doing a Shuvit.

Great job, and a nice trick to have under your belt. Congrats!
