used skimboard

This is the place to talk about riding styles, tricks, conditions, what works, what doesn't on your skimboard. Wondering about what skimboard to get for kiting? Post it all here.

Hey,

Welcome to Lose the Straps! Thank you for your postive words.

I would check the local surf shop in town, if they have one in Oklahoma? :P Lots of times they get trade in on gear and they sell em cheap. I would also check around the net for used stuff - maybe Ebay? You might be able to find some stuff cheap. Some of the other guys might also have some gear for sale and I am sure they will contact you if they do or have other ideas.

If you find something used and need to bounce it off us to see if is a decent board please let us know and we can give you feedback.

Physiorol found this board amazingly for $43 @ Costco:

What article/issue in Kiteboarder Magazine did you find us in? I did not know we were in there :D
