just letting you know that http://www.boardfreaks.co.uk is now online. We stock DB, kayotics and roush flatland skimboards and apex and sqaure skimboards for the wave riders. We are also going to stock the amazing hybrid boards by catch surf...a skim, surf and bodyboard all in one! We can ship all over europe.

Hi Guy,

Great news for the European strapless shredders. Thank you for the information! I am sure many of the people here will find it very useful!

Great news! The DB skims look sick! I'm really curious how they perform riding on the rail with a kite and going upwind. Could be the perfect mix between the performance of a wave skim and the feel of a wakeskate.

Hi yann
Db boards are designed for rail riding! Watch for new boards launching in 2010...rumours of a kiteskim abound!

Guy from Boardfreaks UK just emailed me to let me know they are carrying Placebos now! Very cool! 8)

http://www.boardfreaks.co.uk are stocking the surfskates and uber fish from placebo. All the euro kiters can now ride the same quality boards as the states riders!

yann...

I actually rode a DB at the coast not to long ago.
I was suprised how well it rode... probably not as fast as my morpheous, but it had major POP! was really fun in the flat water on shore....

but, SUPER HEAVY, so I bet you would feel that on airs, etc.

Sorry, my mistake. I wonder how they perform riding on the edge (the rail) of the board. I guess you meant like a hand rail...
