Removal of Topics

As of today I removed some topics/forums that were not being used very often. Also, some of the other members and contributors felt that there may have been too many topics. So for simplicitys sake, I have removed the Local Scene Topic, Kite Forum, and Travel forum. If and when the need arises I will add them again or add others based on user requests.

It's a work in progress, and I thank all of you for being part of the site and your feedback.
