Surfing at Night‏ ... on Giant Wave at Jaws

I can't imagine a wave that size in perfect conditions ... but surfing a giant wave at Jaws in Maui (known as Pe'ahi by the locals) in the dark !!

A Maui photographer has posted a photo of a guy "going over the falls" at Jaws (known as Pe'ahi by the locals) in Maui ... and heading into an abyss of angry water.

This was listed on his website as the shot of the day. Found and posted on a local forum in Seattle along with a few other awe-inspiring photos.
