Naish Global Fish 5'7"

Are you killing it on your surfboard? Have a question about riding styles or a trick? What surfboards work, what doesn't. This is the place to talk about your surfboard gear.

Naish Global Fish 5'7"

Anyone tried this board? I'm looking for something for typical onshore/cross-onshore wind waves in a mixture of wind conditions, probably waves up to a max of 2metres. On paper the dimensions look good for someone my size (70kg). Bottom end is not so critical as I prefer my skim when its light and will ride the skim preferentially unless it gets too messed up to be fun on the skim (but I love the feeling of a nice bottom turn that only a surfboard can deliver). Maybe the 5'2" even if someone has tried it. I'm not so keen on my old Naish 5'10" now as its a bit too pinny and rides better strapped and powered -not my style anymore.
Cheers

Perhaps I am late in answering your question since I just joined the group.

I am 80 kg and riding global 6'0" strapless no problem. The board feels small but it has worked well in chest high waves. The Naish boards ride smaller then advertised...that is a good thing.

Unless you are smaller, IMO, the 5'7" will work fine.
