I can't comment on the Gambler (wainman?), but I know the SKillit and SQuad really well. If the waves are small like 3 foot faces and clean, the SKillit will be a ton of fun. It's a wider outline especially up in the nose, so its really good for aerials. When the surf is 1m faces or better, the SKillit really shines on the wave face. I find the SQuad handles small junky surf better, but it's not as good for aerials. It's a fast board, it locks in on turns, and is easy to throw around. It has a traditional nose shape, so its rare to pearl the SQuad. When the faces are getting bigger, the SKillit is better to handle a wider range of turning styles whereas I find the SQuad to be a carving and gouging board. Either way, the construction is super strong for 2011 with very good weights. The deck is full wood and the fins are Futures sytem so the boxes will never break.
Good luck!
