Hi...
Can anyone to write list of tricks here, please. Today, I have learned new one, which I saw on some videos: Transition with sliding board under me, turning my body and changing my feet, all this happening while the kite at 12, I don't know how is this called...
For example, there is many different Transitions you can do, is each of them have a name?
Thanks

Hey Sashstrapless,

It is a very good idea, and something that I will add to the list of things to do! Thank you for your suggestion. The the trick you are doing to turn around sounds like a shuvit transition, which is basically a 180 spin of the board with your feet, and then re-directing the kite the other direction.

Hi Lonny..
Thanks for your post and would be great if you could do list of tricks :)
About my new trick, I don't think it is shuvit, it is kind of tack like on this video: http://www.straplesskitesurfing.com/201 ... duck-tack/, but I just rotate myself too as i get board around....

Cheers

I was not sure exactly what you were doing from your post. Cool! That is a great way to get around on a surfboard. I use a tack where you push the nose of your board into the wind and hop around the front of the board rather than rotating under your kite, which also works well.
