Hello, just joined LTS.
Another UK based kitesurfer having always used TT boards, but now looking at going strapless and finless.
Just waiting to take delivery of a ZAP skimboard.
I have experienced riding without fins and quite frankly I didn't noticed any difference at all, however riding strapless is a new world to me.
Presumably parting company with your board when learning to ride strapless is inevitable. :D
I like the idea of simply jumping on a board skimming in a few inches of water across the sand into the surf very appealing.
Great website with so much to read...
